Adjacent to the Utah Inland Port

Located west of the Salt Lake City International Airport north of Interstate 80, SLC-GLC 3 is adjacent to the Utah Inland Port. The Utah Inland Port is a proposed dry port in northwest Salt Lake City that spans 16,000 acres. Once completed, the port will be the single-largest economic development effort in Utah’s history.

Access to Major Utah Transportation Hubs

The area’s prime logistical location offers convenient access to Union Pacific’s Salt Lake City Intermodal Facility, short-line rail, and four interstate highways. Thanks to this proximity to transit, the Utah Inland Port is expected to become a major transit hub to centralize receiving and distribution. Great Basin Ventures proudly invested in SLC-GLC Building 3, one of the first buildings to be completed within this key master development. Its proximity to multiple transit hubs provides occupants with optimal industrial logistics in the Salt Lake City area.

A Designated Utah Opportunity Zone

SLC-GLC Building 3 is in an Opportunity Zone, which is a designation that incentivizes investment to promote the development of infrastructure. The goal of these incentives is to advance business ventures in mining, agriculture, and other industries in rural parts of Utah.
